KWYA implements a fair admission policy for foreign students and provides equal educational opportunities for applicants who meet the admission requirements.

I.Admission consultation

II.Make an appointment with Admissions Office to visit the campus.

III.Make an appointment with registration information

Upon receiving the notification of taking entrance examination, one of the parents is invited to go to theAdmissions Office to sign the relevant agreement and submit the following materials:

1.Full registration form ( prepare in advance or fill out in admission office)

2.Copy of student report or growth manual for the past 2 years

3.3 inch photos of student

4.A copy of student’s and parents’ ID card and a copy of student’s and parents’Hukou booklet(Passports), which must include the first page ofHukou booklet(Passports) and home page.

5.The original recommendation letter, which is written by the teacher in the former school.(If it’s not available to provide at present, you can provide it after enrollment.)

Ⅳ.Entrance examination

    The Admissions Office will inform applicants by mail at least two weeks before the entrance examination. 

Ⅴ.Inform the admissions results

    After applicants taking writing test and interview, the Admission Office will inform the examination results by e-mail.

Ⅵ.Provide admissions letter and charge notice

    If applicants are accepted, the Admission Office will first issue an electronic admission letter in the form of e-mail and inform the parents to come to the admission office within a specified time to receive the original admission letter. After receiving letter, parents or guardians need to pay tuition fees within a specified time. Students who fail to pay their tuition fees after the deadline are deemed to give up their space automatically.

Ⅶ.Register as new student

    According to the different grades, candidates should register on time at the appointed time and place (see the admission letter for specific information).

Ⅷ.Enrollment day

    Please enroll in school on time according to the notification.

    Please check your email at any time and keep the phone open, so as to facilitate the Admission Office of our school to contact you in time.

    For the candidates' Hukou booklet(Passports), please copy the first page and the home page of it at the same time.
